Originally from New Zealand, Adam is your Captain extraordinaire! Having started dinghy sailing from a very youngage and discovering his love for sailing, he decided to travel across the world to pursue his newfound passion. Afterspending some time backpacking around Europe in his early 20’s, Adam discovered the world of yachting and decidedto make it a career.

Adam is now an exceptionally well accomplished Captain and sailor and serves as an MCA Master Class 3000. He hastravelled long and far gaining a wealth of knowledge and travel experience, during which time he has completedover 400,000 nautical miles. You would be hard pushed to find anywhere that he has not sailed.

With over 30 years of exposure to the yachting industry and 17 years with the KOKOMO program, it isundoubtable to say that Adam is one of the most reputable Captains in the industry. With his unerring judge of character, excellent organisational skills, and strong ability to lead, Adam has put together an extraordinary crew forming a perfectly balanced dynamic onboard that he efficiently manages, maintaining a happy, strong, and safe environment for both crew and guests alike.

In his spare time, Adam doesn’t venture too far from the water as his biggest hobby and interest is indeed sailing.
